元件指南

VectorBuilder提供了許多常用的載體街美元件，可供用戶在設計載體時(shí)進(jìn)行選擇。下表近森按類型提供了這(zhè)些常用元件的詳細信息。

備注:
連接子（linker）用于連接由單個啓動子驅動的多個ORF同時(shí)表機數達。連接子（linker）有兩(liǎng)種(黃校zhǒng)類型：

通讀型連接子（例如融合連接子或2A肽）大樹：上遊ORF缺少終止密碼子，使得翻譯從上遊ORF通過(guò)連接子進拿熱(jìn)入下遊的ORF。
非通讀型連接子（例如IRES）：上遊ORF以終止密碼子結束，使得上遊ORF飛我的翻譯在到達接頭之前終止。
